CECO LLC is a group of Professional Real Estate Brokers. We are the active continuation of a concept, known as CECO, Creative Equities Company, Inc., which was founded in February of 1978 by a team of real estate professionals whose main goal was to counsel people how to use investment real estate as a means of achieving substantial wealth. CECO remains a real estate brokerage firm that deals with the sale, exchange and acquisition of investment property such as apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centers and vacant land for development.
